Just switched to full fibre and the WiFi got worse? That is really common. The new box is often in a different spot, and the WiFi built into it has to cover the whole house on its own. Almost always fixable without changing broadband.

We agree the trouble spots first
Before anything gets touched, we walk your place and write down every spot that has to work: the back bedroom, the kitchen, the garden room, wherever the signal lets you down. That list becomes the job. Signal, speed and interference are checked room by room, so we fix the real problem instead of guessing.
Step 2
The right kit in the right place
Router moved, retuned, or paired with an extra access point where you need it. Usually no new broadband required.
Step 3
Tested together, before I leave
We walk the list again and re-test every spot, with you watching, so you see the difference on the day. And it doesn't stop when I drive off. See the promise below.

If it drifts back, I come back
If a spot we agreed and tested stops working the way we tested it, tell me within 30 days and I come back and put it right. No charge, no argument.
For the life of the warranty · hardware
Kit I fit, I stand behind
Anything I supply and fit is covered for its manufacturer warranty. If it fails in that time, I sort the swap. Parts and labour.
The 30-day promise covers the rooms and the result we agreed at the start. New rooms, new devices or moved kit are a fresh job, and I’ll always tell you the price first. There’s an asterisk on “promise” linking to the guarantee note below.*
*The Round Here promise is a workmanship guarantee given by Josh Terry, sole trader trading as Round Here. It covers the specific spots and result we agreed and tested at your visit, for 30 days from that visit. It does not cover new faults, new devices, changes to your broadband, or kit that has been moved after the job. Hardware Josh supplies and fits is covered for its manufacturer's warranty period. This promise is in addition to and does not affect your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
